Payement conditions

For setting the payment:

Deposit equivalent to 50 per cent of the whole payment to be transferred to our bank as soon as the participants’ name are confirmed.
Balance to be settled one week before your arrival

For cancelling:

  • Over 30 day: an invoice of the charges for each person’s record shall be presents to you
  • Between 29 and 10 days: 50 per cent of the travel cost;
  • Between 09 and 7 days: 75 per cent of the travel cost;
  • Less than 6 days: 100 per cent of the travel cost;
